Where do you ship to?

We ship globally to your door step. When you check out, simply select your shipping method and you will be quoted for the cost of getting your items.

We offer a range of international shipping options on all of our products to nearly all countries globally. Select the shipping option that best suits you. Express shipping is available in some regions.

It takes about 24-48 hours for us to pack on business days, then we ship your order out. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Note: This time may vary in peak seasons like Christmas. 

Due to Covid-19 there have been some delays as can be expected, with some areas being affected more than others.

Everything is just a little bit slower than usual right the way through the supply chain, manufacturing, packing, distribution and courier. There is more mail going around the world with less people travelling and more online orders whilst people stay at home. There are less flights, less staff, less drivers, and more screening so distribution is slow so it is really the perfect storm. But don't worry your product will arrive. We appreciate your understanding on this. 

We understand that most tattoo shops around the world are still closed, but if you are getting tattooed, we suggest waiting until your products arrive before booking your appointment to ensure your delivery gets to you.

As we cannot know exactly which businesses or supply chains or regions around the world may be impacted, we suggest ordering in advance in these uncertain times to give yourself time to receive your product.

See below for expected shipping times in normal circumstances (outside of Covid-19):


- Express 4-8 business days from date of shipping.

- Standard 10-15 business days from date of shipping.


- Standard Shipping 4-6 business days from date of shipping.

- Express Shipping 2-4 business days from date of shipping.


- Express 6-10 business days from date of shipping.

- Standard 10-15 business days from date of shipping.

Please note: For express & optional tracked orders, tracking numbers will be emailed to you and located within your 'Shipping Confirmation' email.

Please note that business days do not include weekends. If your order takes longer to arrive then expected please contact us via the contact form on our website.

Can I change the address on my order?

We process all orders immediately so please email us ASAP at info@bonditattoocare to see if it is possible.

Can I cancel my order?

We process all orders immediately. If it hasn't already been sent out from our warehouse, email us at info@bonditattoocare ASAP and we can cancel it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We have a range of payment methods that we accept including most credit cards, PayPal and many other merchants. We also accept payments by instalment through Sezzle if you prefer.
